This was my first experience in renting a storage unit. Ms. Lisa was extremely helpful and we enjoyed chatting with her. I didn’t feel rushed or have any questions that she was not more than happy to answer. Once we decided we wanted to rent a unit all of the paperwork was a breeze. I would definitely recommend using Morningstar Storage (Alabaster) for your storage and/or moving needs.

Hands down the very BEST storage facility I have ever had the privilege of working with. Michelle and Lisa are on point with everything we needed and helped make the process of getting a unit not just a chore, but an enjoyable experience! Wonderful facilities. The manager Michelle was very polite and gave us everything we needed. I shopped around and this was the best place by far.
