I just wanted you to know what a pleasure it was working with Jasmine on Saturday . I came into the store to rent a storage unit and was immediately welcomed with a smile and a very warm and genuine “Good morning. How are you today?” She showed me around the storage units to make sure I rented the appropriate size, explained everything to me, and was apologetic when the computer was taking too long. I had nothing but time on Saturday, and it truly was a pleasure spending this time with her. She is a genuine asset to your company, and I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated her positive attitude and enthusiasm. I will be directing others to your facility as a direct result of my personal experience with Jasmine on Saturday.

I used Morningstar Storage over several months when moving to Tallahassee from Manassas, VA. The large storage space I had was clean, easy to access and the temperature control alleviated any question about how my household goods would do in the Florida environment. The manager, Alicia, provided outstanding service in response to every question and concern and made my move that much easier! Highly recommend Morningstar Storage on Thomasville Road!

I have never had a better experience than I did with Morningstar Storage and Alicia Stanley, the property manager. Alicia went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodate our needs and she is so friendly. If everyone in this world was as helpful and friendly as Alicia then our world would be a better place. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained and they have a moving truck that they allow you to use as well. Morningstar Storage is second to none and I highly recommend them!

Mrs. Stanley is awesome! Thank you so much for being a community partner for the March of Dimes. The facility is clean, kept up, easy to get to your unit 24 hours a day- and its close to our offices and other partners. Highly recommend using them for storage, packing and moving needs!

Morningstar was incredible! They made the moving process so easy and the staff was extremely efficient and kind. Their customer service was great and their storage units were wonderful. I never had a problem with anything. I would recommend Morning star to everyone looking for a safe location to store their things.

Ms. Stanley made the rental process easy and stress free! She was eager to help, friendly and courteous. The facility is clean, accessible and use of the moving truck is so helpful! I highly recommend giving Morningstar a call for your storage needs!
