I had to make a decision on a storage unit very last-minute and Brandi waited for me to arrive as it was just approaching closing time of her office – she never made me feel rushed and took the time to be very detail oriented with all the information I needed to know. Brandi also took me back to the unit to ensure I knew how to open secure gate as well as the key for the storage unit.
