What a sweet find JoJo is for this location. She took away my anxiety, was so informative and relatable. Thank you for your amazing customer service. I’m glad this is where I keep my most precious belongings while finding our first home.

I had an amazing experience at Morningstar Storage. I looked and research other places around the area, but this one seemed the best value, I never been/had a storage unit so I did not know any of the details. I reserved a unit online and the next day I got a phone call from JoJo and she answered all my questions and told me everything I needed to know. Additionally, told me the offers they are currently running and it was actually the best. She was extremely polite over the phone. I went to MorningStar twice, the first time I came to check out what the unit would look like and the sizes they offered. They had a several sizes to choose from, I told her my mom was moving her home down here and she suggested the size. I also noticed how clean and well kept the facility was. The second time, I came in to finalize everything. She took me directly to the unit, had me try out the lock and how to enter the building when the movers came. JoJo was beyond patient and kind each time. She’s the best, seriously, made me feel welcome and confident in my decision. Customer service goes a long way.. if MorningStar was more expensive, I still would have selected it here. I really appreciate it. Keep it UP and thank you again!

I don’t think I’ve ever been treated with more respect than I was on Monday. The whole operation is first class: the spaces are clean and very nice, the price is competitive, but the manager with whom I dealt was unbelievably proficient, respectful, polite and uber helpful. It was a great experience!

I had a great rental experience with Cyndi at the Tyvola location. I had made my reservation online and a couple of hours she called me… Her personality was so effervescent and inviting. She had what I was looking for in price and the location is much closer to where I live… She showy me other units before I made my final decision to make sure the size was what I needed. I look forward to my experience at this location
